Counselling, materials and mentorship are grouped by developmental stage, so the language, the pace and the tools always match the child in front of us.
Naming feelings, gentle routines and first stories about who they are.
02Ages 7 to 10Friendships, school pressure and self worth. Building the voice to speak up.
03Ages 11 to 13The years everything shifts. Comparison, big emotions and belonging.
04Ages 14 to 17Direction, character and calling. Deciding who they are before the world decides.

The earliest years are where emotional habits are set. At this stage we work mostly through play, story and routine, with a parent in the room.

School becomes social. This is where comparison starts and where self worth can quietly attach itself to performance.

The years everything shifts at once, body, friendships, mood, and the sense of who they are. Children need steadier ground here than at any other stage.

Mentorship more than therapy. The work here is helping a teenager decide who they are and where they are going, before the world decides for them.
If you are unsure which stage fits your child, tell us what you have been noticing and we will help you decide.
Tracks are a guide, not a rule. Development does not follow birthdays exactly, so we place a child based on where they actually are, emotionally and socially, not only on their age. We will talk it through with you before the first session.
Some sessions work well with siblings together, particularly around family dynamics. Others need to be one to one so a child can speak freely. We will recommend the right mix after the first conversation.
In the Foundations track a parent is usually present. From Confidence onward, sessions are typically one to one with your child, and you get dedicated parent sessions alongside them.
There is no fixed end point. Progress is reviewed with you at regular intervals, and we are honest when we think your child is ready to step back.
